Jaclyn brings more than 20 years of leadership across healthcare, government and complex service delivery. She has led regional and multi-site operations, carried P&L responsibility of up to $120M, and overseen large statewide programs for California agencies.
Her time in the Marine Corps shaped a leadership style built on discipline and care for people. Her USC Marshall MBA added strategic business thinking. Together, they drive how Kirkwood Holdings helps organizations build strong cultures and leaders who deliver.
Founded in 2021, Kirkwood Holdings is a certified micro, woman-owned Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise based in Greater Sacramento.
