Programs
Leadership training with a proven framework behind it.
Three programs I am trained to deliver — each one measurable, practical and ready for your team, in Sacramento or virtually.
Program 01 · Resiliency
RBLP® Resilience-Building Leadership
Give supervisors a concrete framework for keeping teams strong under pressure.
Resilience-building leadership is about creating the conditions that help teams overcome adversity, accomplish difficult work, learn from experience and keep getting better. The RBLP framework breaks that down into five competency domains and 29 leader tasks, so development is specific and observable instead of abstract.
Who it fits: Frontline and aspiring supervisors, and teams carrying heavy workloads or constant change.
Format: Half-day team session, or a multi-session leader development series.
What it covers
- Positive climate, cohesion and a sense of purpose
- The five competency domains and 29 leader tasks
- Practicing leader tasks on your team's real situations
- A shared language for feedback and after-action review
Program 02 · Communication
LQ™ Listening Intelligence
Make listening a measurable business skill your leaders can improve.
Listening is not a soft skill — it is how leaders influence, align and execute. LQ starts with an assessment that makes listening measurable, then teaches it and makes it immediately applicable, so teams get to the root of what is really breaking down in communication and build the skills to fix it.
Who it fits: Leadership teams, client-facing staff and anyone whose results depend on being understood.
Format: In person or virtual, across several sessions or as a full-day training.
What it covers
- Each person's listening profile and blind spots
- The LIFT™ program, shaped to your organization
- Real-time practice on real conversations and conflicts
- Cutting the time and money lost to miscommunication
Program 03 · Team alignment
The 6 Types of Working Genius™
Show your team who is in their element, and where the friction really comes from.
Patrick Lencioni's Working Genius assessment shows people the work that energizes them, the work that drains them, and where they naturally get in each other's way. It is far more about productivity than personality, which is why it lands quickly — and why teams keep using the language long after the workshop.
Who it fits: Teams that misfire on handoffs, leadership groups building trust, and newly formed teams.
Format: Assessment plus a half-day team workshop, with an optional follow-up session.
What it covers
- Everyone on the team takes the Working Genius assessment
- A facilitated session mapping genius, friction and gaps
- Language for who should lead which part of the work
- Applications for hiring, project staffing and meetings
How every program runs
01
Discovery call
A short conversation about your team, the behavior you want to change and your timeline.
02
Assess and design
Where a program uses an assessment, everyone completes it first and I shape the session around your results.
03
Deliver and follow through
Hands-on practice rather than slide-reading, plus a short follow-up so the habits stick.
